Helsinki Casting’s casting directors are known for their smooth processes, approachable work style, promotion of equality, and successful top-tier castings.
Casting and coordinating dozens or even hundreds of people is demanding and time-consuming – downright awful unless the process is organized and managed correctly. With a vast network and database of actors and performers, we employ various casting methods, from hand-picking to open casting calls. Since launching our Faces-app in 2023, we've garnered over 20,000 users and have a significant following on social media, where we post casting calls.

We offer a wide range of possibilities to make your life easier when it comes to finding crew to your productions. We’ve got an option for every situation – more or less exclusive, whatever is your choice.
Recruiting a crew for any film production takes dozens, even hundreds of working hours and is often difficult to combine with other duties that Production Managers, for example, have. We offer a solution that makes the process faster and more efficient as well as frees your resources to focus on managing the production: outsourcing the recruitment to us.
Staffing or crewing is the core of our services, the traditional way of working with us. In practice, we serve as a temporary work agency: you can hire one or several freelancers to work in your production while we take care of all the employer responsibilities – you only pay an invoice for the agreed work.
