At Helsinki Casting, we don’t just find talent – we bring stories to life with the perfect cast, delivering seamless casting processes and with extensive expertise for productions of any scale

We handle casting both internationally and domestically, from leading roles to smaller parts. Our goal is to take the stress out of casting, ensuring that every character in your production is perfectly matched to tell your story.

Our casting team is the largest in Finland, and our expertise is backed by a performer database of around 20,000 actors, as well as studio and office facilities located in Helsinki's Kallio district.

Behind Helsinki Casting’s work are casting directors Ansku Sinisalo and Nea-Maria Törmänen, each with over six years of experience. Ansku and Nea have worked together as a team for a long time, so this powerhouse duo offers twice the ideas, contacts, and vision.

Supporting our casting efforts is casting assistant Saga Grahn. The team also includes our extensive network of freelancers.

We have cast for films, series, and commercials, ranging from fantasy horror to rural romantic Finnish films. Some of our recent drama projects include Disney’s Nordic production To Cook A Bear, both seasons of Teppo Airaksinen’s hit series 66 North Precinct, and Yle’s series
Lindan huone, which raised important discussions on heavy themes.

We have experience in casting hundreds of commercials, and year after year, the projects we’ve cast continue to receive recognition at industry award shows. From the last year these works include the Herra Tokmanni Suomen kiertue commercial series, the McDonald’s – Helpoimman kautta musical ad, and S-pankki’s Aina pankissa commercial film. Internationally awarded Supercell’s anniversary mockumentary Clash from the Past is also one of our most interesting works in the commercial field.
